Redbelt - Released May 9th

A sports movie that was released somewhat under the radar, Redbelt. It is about Mike Terry, a Jiu Jitsu teacher, who has always stayed clear of competitive fighting to run an honorable self-defense studio. Terry and his wife struggle to keep the business in the green. An accident on a dark, rainy night triggers a series of events that puts Terry in the ring to fight off his debts.

The films stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Alice Braga, Tim Allen (Home Improvement) and Joe Mantenga (Comrades of Summer). The film seems to be getting some nice reviews but is only playing in limited theatres.
